Thank you for choosing Circles of Wellness Spa for your Spa Event. We look forward to pampering each of you and assisting you in planning a great event. This agreement is to promote open communication between your group and the spa in order to make every effort to ensure that your Spa Event runs as flawless as possible.

Please provide a list of the guests who will be attending and the service(s) that each guest is requesting. We will then be able to provide you with an itinerary of all services, the times each guest can expect to receive their service(s), and an estimated total of all services due. Any services/treatments added on the day of the party would not be included in the estimated quote. A 20% service fee will be automatically added for groups of four or more, and does reflect to your providers as gratuity. We require a credit card number to be on file in order to secure your spa event date. Payment for the services rendered is not due until the day of the party and can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or cash. We do hold a 48-hour cancellation policy { for spa events and food } where the credit card on file will be charged if not compliant.

We offer the option to rent out our spa suite and oasis pool so that your event is extra special and private just for you. In addition to renting out our spa suite, we offer lunch at an additional cost, where a menu will be provided upon request. If you should choose to reserve a private party, you may bring in beverages of your choice, however outside food is not allowed. You must arrive 30-45 minutes prior to your first treatments.

Guests are required to spend a minimum of $125 in spa experiences to gain access to the oasis pool. Day passes are available for purchase for $75.
