Monica Fourman

Owner


Monica attended college in Orlando, where she began her career in the fitness industry. She has been in the business of helping her clients look and feel young for nearly 35 years. Monica is a personal trainer with certifications in training and teaching.

Monica is a native Floridian who moved from Orlando to St. Augustine’s World Golf Village in 2003. She has been married for 12 years and has two children who are extremely active in football and softball. She volunteers for their respective organizations and still teaches fitness classes at Circles of Wellness Spa.

Monica is passionate about health and helping others maintain their optimum well-being. Circles of Wellness is the culmination of her life-long dream of owning a wellness center. She is committed to investing her time and energy to ensure her clients are 100% satisfied with their experience at this world class spa destination.

Tracey Pearson

Spa Manager


Tracey Pearson possesses more than two decades of luxury salon and spa experience, including her current role as spa manager at Circles of Wellness. Tracey Pearson began her career by training under top beauty professionals from around the world. Tracey’s expertise led her to work on award winning films, international publications, runways at New York Fashion Week, popular television shows and with world renowned musicians. Tracey became an Art Director and Business Development educator for various international brands and co-created a series of award-winning salons in Atlanta. Tracey’s philanthropic background includes the creation of a mini-salon at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and the Prissy Tomboy Foundation that inspire girls to find confidence and connection through sport and adventure. She has a love for nature, enjoys adventures with her family, amd travelling around the world.

Chris


Chris has been a massage therapist for 5 years working in a chiropractor’s office as well as a spa. She has experience in neuromuscular, manual therapy, sports massage, and prenatal massage. Chris ‘s also has over 20 years’ experience as an occupational therapy assistant working alongside occupational and physical therapist to develop and explement exercise programs in inpatient rehab settings. The combination of these two careers has given Chris an excellent understanding of anatomy and function of the body allowing her to adapt her massage to individuals needs while incorporating stretching into her massage to enhance the therapeutic benefits. Chris is not a native Floridian but has been here for 17 years and enjoys gardening, kayaking, and riding her horse.

Mary Maddon

Aesthetician


Mary is a licensed aesthetician and has been practicing skin care for 15 years working in many capacities including medical aesthetics. Her interest in skin care was driven by a desire to help her guest feel good inside and out, as well as look their best. As a dedicated skin care expert and eyebrow waxing specialist, she seeks to educate others about proper skin care and appropriate product selection. She truly enjoys guest interaction, taking pride in building effective and individual tailored regimens. In her free time, Mary enjoys reading, gardening and especially spending time with her husband, son, family, and friends.

Liza Abrams

Liza’s has been a licensed esthetician since 2013, she has a passion for skin care and making people look and feel good. She loves to help treat all aspects from acne, rosacea, sun damage to wrinkles, age spots, and milia. Liza promises healthy, therapeutic, non-surgical ways to transform skin into the best looking possible! Providing both deep relaxation and result driven treatments by using the latest skin care technologies such as Chemical Peels, Hydro Dermabrasion, Radio Frequency Face Lift, Light Therapy, ultrasonic and microcurrent skin treatments. Liza enjoys brow shaping, face and body waxing, body scrubs and wraps, laser body slimming and face lift. Liza also incorporates European and oriental massage techniques into facial treatments, aromatherapy, and shiatsu scalp massage. In addition, Liza is also a Nail Artist. She does natural, gel manicures and pedicures! Liza takes pride in continuing her education and staying current on skin care products and technology. When not at work Liza continues to commit to a healthy lifestyle by nutrition, exercise, recreation, soul and body balance and overall well-being. She has an Eastern European background and was a former French teacher. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to music, traveling, and gardening.

Bryce


Bryce is a Florida native, born and raised in Tampa. He graduated from the University of South Florida, earning a bachelor’s degree. Bryce furthered his education at Daytona State College, where he studied massage therapy. Bryce is fluent in lomi-lomi, reflexology, Swedish, deep tissue massage and reiki energy health. From the library to the massage table, Bryce testes massage modalities and spent time formulating his own world class full body massage that is a blend of Swedish and deep tissue. Bryce’s massage therapy is a full body experience that is consistent and adaptive to client needs. Whether you need deep relief from chronic pain or in need of relaxation Bryce is here to personalize the experience for the guest.
