Meet The Team
Leadership
Monica Fourman
Monica is a native Floridian who moved from Orlando to St. Augustine’s World Golf Village in 2003. She has been married for 12 years and has two children who are extremely active in football and softball. She volunteers for their respective organizations and still teaches fitness classes at Circles of Wellness Spa.
Monica is passionate about health and helping others maintain their optimum well-being. Circles of Wellness is the culmination of her life-long dream of owning a wellness center. She is committed to investing her time and energy to ensure her clients are 100% satisfied with their experience at this world class spa destination.
Dr. Timothy E. Fee
A former President of the Greater Jacksonville Society of Plastic Surgeons, Dr. Fee has published and participated in several peer-reviewed journals. In 2018 he was voted #1 plastic surgeon in Jacksonville by Void Magazine. He is double board-certified in both Plastic Surgery and General Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American college of Surgeons.
He has served as the Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville and as the Division Chief at St. Vincent’s-Southside Hospital. He earned his B.S. degree from Denison University with a double major in Chemistry and Biology. From there, he was selected to attend the University of Miami/Miller School of Medicine where he earned the John Forman Award for the most outstanding performance in his class in the field of Surgery.
After winning this prestigious award, he was invited to remain as a resident in General Surgery at Jackson Memorial Hospital, the largest university-based medical center in South Florida with an international reputation. He continued his training in the field of Plastic Surgery at Shands Hospital/University of Florida in Gainesville.
